How do you grade condition of pre-loved items

To help you make the best buying decision, we have divided the condition standards into five sections as listed below:

As New: The item still has the original retail tags attached and has never been worn.

Excellent: The item has been worn just a few times and shows no noticeable signs of wear.

Very Good: The item has been worn more than a few times and shows some signs of wear, but minimal. Some examples of signs of wear include minor stain, minor scuffs, and small fabric pull.

Good: The item has been worn regularly and shows signs of wear, but moderate. Some examples of signs of wear include pen marks, color transfer, and tear in fabric.

Lovingly Used: This item has been worn a lot and shows significant signs of wear, but still looks good.
