Refund policy

 

At Reems Closet, we accept eligible items from online purchases for return within 3 days of the delivery date. In-store purchases are final as per UAE law as items can be tried on and assessed in person.

Items sold are pre-loved by a third party and the condition of each product is clearly described on the website; we recommend that you review all photos and carefully read the description as it states both condition and flaws. Items can be returned for a refund of the purchase price provided all of the return policy conditions as below are met.

LOCAL ONLINE PURCHASES

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

  • We offer returns on clothing, shoes, bracelets, and rings. Our non-refundable categories are: handbags, luggage, wallets, necklaces, watches, keychains, scarves and sunglasses.
  • Our Reems Closet tag & Returns tag must remain attached to be eligible for a refund.
  • Items will not be eligible for a refund unless they are received in the same condition as when they were sold. This includes full packaging, dust covers, boxes, guarantee cards, authenticity certificates, original receipts, and any other additional elements (e.g. spare heels, etc) that were included in the order shipped by us. 
  • Returns must be initiated and confirmed from our website Returns Link.  within 3 days of the delivery date. If for any reason you experience an issue initating the returns, please email orders@reemscloset.com

If the returns does not meet the above requirements, the item will not be eligible for a refund, but may qualify for our Buyback option.


REFUNDS

  • Request your refund via Returns Link.
  • You will receive an email with your returns invoice number and three options  on how to return the item:
    • In person at our Jumeirah Plaza store
    • Collection by our courier for a fee of AED 20 per collection.
    • Ship with a courier of your choice at your expense/responsibility
  • An email notification will be sent when your returns package is received at our store.
  • We aim to inspect and process all returns within 3 business days of receiving them. You will be notified by email once your return is processed.
  • If free shipping was included in your order, the original shipping fee will be automatically deducted from your refundable amount. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • All refunds will be automatically refunded to the original payment method.
  • Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

      • Shipping, customs duty and/or fees paid for importation are non-refundable. Nor any additional charges charged by your credit card company. In case an order is cancelled before shipment, the refund will also include the shipping fee paid.

      • Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

      APPLICABLE TO ALL RETURNS

      • Reems Closet only accepts refunds processed via the Returns Center, and therefore, is not responsible for any customer that attempts to return an item using a different method.
      • Reems Closet is not responsible for any new damage or wear to an item after purchase. At Reems Closet all items are pre-owned and we are unable to honor any brand-specific warranties as we are not a part of the manufacturing process. Our team is thoroughly trained to look for any signs of wear or damage but are unable to foresee how future use will impact an item.
      • Reems Closet does not deduct any restocking fee.

        Damages and issues
        Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
