SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Reems Closet provides local courier service via QUIQUP Courier Services and international shipping via DHL. We use these reputable couriers to provide a fast, affordable and reliable service. Tracking numbers are provided for easy reference and updates. Orders are processed within 1 day.

 

LOCAL DELIVERIES

Enjoy free local delivery within the UAE on all orders of 2,000 AED and above. Local delivery for 1,999 AED and below, will be charged a 30 AED fee per delivery.

The average transit time within the UAE is 1-2 business days (For orders received by 1pm, delivery is expected the following day).

*In-store collection is available for all orders at our Jumeirah Plaza store, free of charge. Orders must be collected within 3 business days.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All International orders will incur a chargeable shipping fee calculated at checkout.

The average transit times are as follows:

• Middle East - Average 4 to 5 days.
• Other Countries - Average 4 to 7 days.

*Note Reems Closet is not liable for delays in orders because of custom clearances at destination or for reasons of Force Majeure.

 

CUSTOMS DUTIES AND FEES

All our items are shipped from within Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Most countries apply a customs duty and/or fees on the import of goods. The customer is required to pay any such customs duty and/or fees upon delivery of their item(s). Please ensure you check duty rates for your country before ordering.
