A. If this is the first time you are logging into this portal, you will need to set up your password. Simply click Reset Password.

A. Simply sign into the Consignor Login. It will show all unpaid sold items as this is in real time. Any item sold moves here and the amount initially reflects in "Total owed" and only becomes payable after 7 days. Then it will also show in "Total payable" at which point you can request the payout.

A. You will find a copy in the Cosignor Login portal, showing the date and time it was made. A signed copy is kept separately as we still need to find a signature device that works with our system in the UAE.

A. Yes, you will find all previous payouts shown as "Amount paid" in the Consignor Login portal. Open each one to view items included, plus, the payment method - cash or bank transfer and if any deductions were included like store credit purchases or dry cleaning bills.

A. Yes, the Consigor Login portal displays all of your receipts for purchases, returns/refunds, whether in-store or online. This includes receipt numbers, purchase dates, item details, amount paid, method of payment, and the name of the sales person who made the invoice.

A. Via the Consignor Login portal. This section is not ideal yet as it shows both the consigned and purchased items, however, we are working on finding a fix for this. But it is possible to differentiate between them as all consigned items have both a process and pick up date whereas purchased items have only a process date.

A. The Consignor Login is a portal for Reems Closet customers to check their commissions, available items, previous purchases/payouts, and contract.

A. Yes, the maximum spend is AED 8,000 for new tabby customers and AED 10,000 for recurring customers. If your total amounts to more, you will not be permitted to purchase the item via the website. Instead, you will need to contact us directly by email at customercare@reemscloset.com or by telephone on +9714 3434412 to split the payment between tabby and a credit/debit card.

A. All prices are shown in United Arab Emirates Dirham and exclude custom duties, import taxes, and shipping fees.

A. We currently only accept pre-loved items from UAE residents as we require a contract to be signed in person.
