A. You can rest easy knowing that Reems Closet online store is powered by Shopify, which is PCI compliant to keep both payment and business data safe.

A. Items purchased in-store are final and not covered by our refund policy as we provide changing rooms, so you can try on items before making a purchase.

A. Simply add a second address using a Dubai address.

A. The fastest way to request a follow-up on your submission is to reply to the submission confirmation email you received upon submitting your items. Please note, there is no waiting period for handbags.

A. Check your spam or junk folder. Make sure to whitelist and prioritise all emails from customercare@reemscloset.com so you don't miss out on any important messages.

A. Due to the following three reasons we do not offer price matching : 1) the price is set by the consignor 2) condition of items can vary 3) accessories of items can differ. However, we do reduce items between 25-50% if they haven't sold within 3 months. Turn on notification for @reemsclosetdeals to grab a deal.

A. Yes. Simply let us know the item you'd like to purchase via one of our message platforms and we will send you an e-bill. Please note, this type of sale is considered as an in-store purchase, and therefore, will not be covered by our refund policy.

A. Yes, you can view your store credit amount 24/7 via the Consignor Login page.

A. It's an agreed amount of money that gets added directly to your Reems Closet account, which you can then spend in-store or online.
